Delivery & Returns

UK deliveries are always sent by next day delivery and 90% of orders arrive the next working day. We use Royal Mail for all our deliveries. All orders placed before 5.30pm will be dispatched on the same working day. Please allow 1-2 working days for UK delivery and 2-5 days for international shipping.

Refunds and Returns

All orders come with a 30 day money back guarantee. If the reason for return is because the product has a fault we will offer you a refund or send you out a replacement as soon as possible. Due to hygiene reasons we can not offer a refund for orders that do not have a fault. Refunds will be made as soon as possible after returned goods are received and checked by us. In all cases please e-mail us before returning an item. You will be issued with a returns number which must be clearly marked on the outside of the package. This will help in the processing of your returned package and avoid any unnecessary delays.
