How big is the Powertone hearing aid?

The Powertone hearing aid is 18mm long and 15mm wide and weighs just 5 grams. It is classed as a micro hearing aid due its small size. We have a picture of the device on the right next to a two pence piece to show a size comparison.

Is the Powertone hearing aid easy to fit?

The Powertone hearing aid is very simple to fit and comes with three different sizes of silicone ear cones for optimum fitting. It is important that the wearer finds the best fitting ear cone to maximise the effectiveness of the device.

Is the Powertone hearing aid suitable for everyone?

Due to the volume setting it makes it suitable for a wide range of people who suffer from hearing problems. Our past customers range from people with only slight hearing problems to people with far more severe hearing difficulties. If you suffer from tympanitis and have never worn a hearing aid before then we recommend seeking advice from a doctor before use.

Does the Powertone hearing aid come boxed?

Yes the hearing aid comes in its own high quality Grey plastic retainer box with spaces for the three ear cones. It also comes in a presentation box for gift purposes and makes an ideal present.

Is the battery easy to replace?

The battery is very easy to replace and a quick change clip is built into the device to allow for fast replacement. We supply all orders with 2 batteries for each hearing aid purchased. This will give you an additional spare battery to get you started. These can be stored in the retainer box. The batteries that fit the hearing aid are called AG3 and they are widely available in shops.

How long will my order take to arrive?

All orders received before 5.30pm will be sent out the same working day with weekend orders sent out on Monday. All UK orders are sent by Royal mail first class delivery and it is normally next working day. This is not always the case though and some orders can take a day or two longer.

How do I pay for my order?

We use Paypal as our preferred method of payment as it is highly regarded as the safest way of paying for goods online. You do not have to be a Paypal customer to use this service and you can pay by using all major credit and debit cards.
